This week, Jerry Seinfeld, Jason Alexander and Larry David reunited at their old haunt Monk's – or rather, New York City's Tom's Restaurant, which served as the visage for the Seinfeld diner.
While the actors were there, snow cannons showered Broadway to bring winter to the surprisingly warm January day; Alexander even wore a red (likely Gore-Tex) coat for the shoot.
Although the actors kept mum on why they were there, the New York Daily News reports that production workers said it was for a Super Bowl commercial.

The creators of the forthcoming film Tom's Restaurant – A Documentary About Everything took video of camera operators, production assistants and Alexander, who spent most of his time looking into the eatery.
Part of the video caught an Inside Edition reporter sidling up next to David, looking for a scoop. When she asked what they were doing in the diner, David said, "It's nothing, believe me." Seinfeld, when approached by reporters, simply said, "Top secret."
Prior to the actors shutting her down, the Inside Edition reporter did attempt to elicit a scoop about the secret project that Seinfeld hinted at in his recent Reddit AMA.
In the online chat, Seinfeld said he had been working on a "big, huge, gigantic" project with David, and said the pair had even written a script. David simply shut down the reporter, saying, "I'm not working on any huge, gigantic project."
Last week, Rolling Stone came up with five plausible ideas about what Seinfeld and David might be up to. This week, Showbiz 411 reported the possibility that it might be a Broadway play, as David said he had written one. He also said Seinfeld might or might not star in it, yadda yadda yadda.
